  I have come to Kate a few times in the past. Each time that I have come, I've had to wait for her to show up. I had been patient in the past because the excuse was related to childcare (she has been late 3-4 times). I drew the line today when she pushed the appointment back by 30 min (which was not an issue at all), only for me to show up to the shop and she wasn't there....AGAIN. Not only was she not there, but after waiting 15 min, I reached out to her and she asked "Oh, are you there?" UNACCEPTABLE.
  
  Once again, we have a black business that does not maintain superior customer service. We are PAYING for a service. Being present in your place of business at the appointed time should not be optional. This continues in our communities because the owners don't care and the customers continue to settle for mediocrity.
  
  I will not pay for bad service. Period.
